I love what I do and have spent most of my life working with sound and audio systems. And fully understand what it takes to get a system to sound correct. One of the most important aspects of a system is the fact that cables are connecting everything together. Please read my Mission statement and returns.

  • The mission of Perkune audiophile cables is to provide you with the highest quality cables at the lowest possible prices.
  • When it comes to audio my policy is ‘the customer always comes first’. I want to help the customer to hear the best from their music.
  • I want to improve the customers listening pleasure in any way I am able and will stop at nothing to achieve my goal!
  • In the Workshop, I am able to produce high-quality cables at a fraction of the price of similar companies who suffer from large overheads.
  • Also, there are no middlemen to pay and all savings are passed on to you the customer ~

I saw your pictures of the new bi-wire cable, and happy you still able to develop new and exciting products!! I’m sure it sounds fantastic as with your other cables, but In my system, I’m only able to do a single wire which is really a pity!

Returns policy
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us in its original unused condition. Within 28 days of receipt and we will either replace the product or give you a full refund.
  • Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in the original packaging. With any enclosed documentation.
  • We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and any Paypal or bank transfer fee. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service. Also, the service insures you for the value of the goods. And offers a full tracking service.
  • The cost of returning the item is your own responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please also note we will refund an item is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.
  • Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
  • Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise.
