The new speaker cable is a vast improvement over the previous one I had! I can tell you that I’m blown away by sound now. Wow! Things just sound so much for more real. It was like the signal came through more clearly to the speakers. Rhythm is now much more in harmonic/timed with the rest of the soundstage. More authentic. The voice especially! More sense of the singer you may say. The sound is smooth and nice.
This really completes the sound that I was looking for.

This latest stuff is amazing!! The XLR is brilliant – The sound is more relaxed and I can tell you: the soundstage is so huge!! It’s really opening up. It fills the whole apartment with the sweet sound of music. Voice is more forward and sounds amazing. The right amount of weight and texture. The sound has very good depth and I can hear different accords on tones much better. This has to be the best interconnect! I have ever heard! Everything just seems bigger and better. Even little details shine through! More musical as well! Has upped the performance of everything in my system and it takes time for me to adjust as well, with the well of new details found. Every track is now even more open and alive. I will leave the cables bedding in for a few hours and I will write again to you soon, but I would like you to send me the new four-meter speaker cables please with a spade connection at the amp end.

Last night I listened to several vocal jazz pieces by Anna Maria Jopek (a popular Polish jazz singer). Her records are always carefully mastered so the sound may shine on good systems as it does on mine now: ) thanks to your cables to a large extent.
My fresh findings are:
1) The depth of the soundstage is well rendered – some of the drumming sounds seemed to come from behind my window (like 2 meters behind the baseline) which is a good thing.
2) The positioning of sounds on the soundstage is now much firmer with more air around instruments; no need to make the slightest guess about the whereabouts of a sound.
3) Selectiveness – way better now. I can easily listen to several sounds at the same time without them being muddied or covered by one another.
4) Bass lines are more defined and better controlled.
All of the above strongly depends on CD quality, but when it’s good it’s good.

As I mentioned, these cables are astonishing! I heard details I was not accustomed to on my oppo Blu-ray player!! Right out of the box, they play great on the system. The guitar you hear on the different soundtrack is now more alive. The soundstage is huge and massive. The rhythm and beats are good and make the whole experience very enjoyable! Now, the comparison between XLR and RCA- interconnect.
You must know that Ayre favors XLR over RCA. But when that is said, I noticed a couple of things. First, the RCA was dead quiet in between notes. That makes for more focused voice (in /around) instruments were a tad more presented. Because of the blackest background, I have ever “not” heard. Other than that is was on part with XLR. I had to push the volume a bit more with RCA-CABLE, because of the Ayre signal was weaker on the unbalanced vs balanced. I feel the XLR do have the upper hand, but not by much. Either way, I absolutely love this cable. Please send me another cable but with XLR terminations and also another two-meter power cord ASAP

Hello, Paul, Got the speaker cables and my first impressions are very positive – more detail, more selectiveness, more air around instruments, better rendering of room acoustics, a more tangible positioning of instruments on the soundstage. Everything seems to have calmed down which is why details shine through more easily than before. Depth has been accentuated a bit more profoundly as well. But let them transmit some more current before I pass any definite judgement. Yet I am very positively surprised with the performance as of here & now. I’ll come back with more comments as all virtues unfold over the next couple of days. – Have a nice day.

Been listening to USB cable a while now, I must say that your USB cable is superior to the stock cable I did have. even my friend did say it was better straight away when I changed the cables.
The sound became clearer and better definition in/around instruments and voices. Sounds more fuller. Less glare you may say. Listening to a Norwegian artist with her great voice
“Maria Mena: homeless” It was like I had turned the volume up just by switching cables. Another great sounding cable from Perkune – Loves it. Thank you, Paul.
My friend and I were watching a movie (same setup as me) and he was using some cheap RCA cable between his Blu-ray player and Ayre AX7. I told him, you got to try Perkune RCA. They will be much better!
So If could send me your best RCA cable, I know he will be very surprised of what he has been missing. – best regards, Eirik

Hi Paul, I just received the four-meter speaker cable and I am amazed at how much better it sounds than the three-meter that I got from you last year. It has more air and space and the instruments are clearer. Also, all the instruments are separate from each other. Good morning Paul, I am writing to share with you a bit of my fresh enthusiasm after I implemented the changes suggested by you yesterday. I am practically blown away by the overall sound improvement found in THE SAME system. The depth of the soundstage has greatly improved together with the positioning of all instruments which is now much firmer and easy to pin down by ear. Finally I can relax and enjoy the holographic sound I have always craved for. The Audio Physic Step 25 speakers have spread their wings in the end. O.k. I am going a little overboard, but this is close to what I am currently feeling. So maybe I am gonna buy your speaker cables in 1-2 months from now for further improvement and In the meantime I’ll just enjoy the newly found sound of my system.

Hello Paul, The first time I plugged your cables in I sat quietly expecting some magic. Something to make my jaw drop. I sat there before playing first loss-less files and my project files and really expected to hear some big difference. But the first time all I heard was a wider and deeper image of the music track as a whole. I thought is That all? Oh boy, was I wrong! after they warmed up they came to life and woke me up!
