There is very much discussion about Bi-wiring, and a Jumper cable is an easy and quick solution to convert your loudspeakers into Bi-wired configuration.

Many modern speakers offer a bi-wire or even tri-wirable crossover configuration. Which, is fed by multiple sets of terminals on the rear loudspeaker panel. And, there is no doubt that bi-wire or tri-wirable crossover can indeed enhance speaker performance. But, this requires a ground-up design. And, far too many companies split a conventional crossover.
