Shipping is an important part of a sale and it is very important that the product is packed correctly so as to prevent any damaged.

The package has to be registered and has a tracking number. This so it can be traced or tracked when it leaves one country and enters into another. Shipping has improved over the past few years and now it is virtually impossible to lose a package.

Preparation

When the item has been produced it has gone through a series of steps and these steps are put in place to make sure the product complies with certain specifications.

It is not good to have a product beautifully made but when the buyer opens the parcel the product is damaged. This has happened many times to me in the past and so I understand it is essential to make the correct preparation for transportation.

Packing

This is a picture of the latest XLR balanced Interconnect and how the connections are fitted into a sealed bag before packing. This is done to prevent static as the cables receive an antistatic treatment prior to shipping.

After the cable ends have been put into the protective plastic bags they are then covered with Bubble wrap. This is the air press type and gives excellent protection during transportation.

Each cable is treated in the same way and after which, both cables then have a third bubble wrap layer protection.

Shipping box

The shipping boxes used are special boxes which are provided by the Lithuanian postal services and are very strong boxes.

The Cables are sealed in the boxes and then given the tracking number, which is put into the postal system. The boxes are collected and then shipped to their destination.

Timing

 

Every Shipment has its own tracking number and is sent by first class registered airmail. I have sent cables to America, Australia, Singapore, Russia, Hong Kong and many parts of Europe and I have never lost a parcel.
