Play guitar anywhere, is something that is possible because we have developed an affordable solution. How many times has a person wanted to take an electric guitar into the country on a camping trip but has no power and so nowhere to plug in the amplifier.

Also, How many times has a person been invited to bring his guitar over to a friend when he is going on a camping trip but when he gets there wishes that he had been able to bring amplifier with him?

The Problem

The Problem was how to take an electric guitar anywhere you wanted to and to be able to hear what it sounded like. When you play guitar, an amplifier is needed to amplify the sound the guitars pickups produce. The amplifier needs either 240 volts or 110 volts to make it work. The problem was quite simple - how could we have a power supply anywhere that we wanted to play guitar.

Every problem has a solution and during my life I have learned to find a solution to any problem that I am faced with. The problem in this case was Power or rather lack of it and so we have developed a portable solar solution using a solar panel.

The solution

We have been working with a portable Power system that is powered by the sun. This is a very simple system and is using single solar panels to provide power to a 12-volt battery. The battery then feeds an inverter and the 12 volts is stepped up to 240 volts. The 240 volts can then be used to operate the components.

In this case, we are using a single panel to supply power to operate a guitar amplifier, a Laptop, a Boss GP10 effects pedal and a mobile phone. Now we are able to take an electric guitar out into the countryside and play as loud as we like as there are no neighbors to annoy and so we will have fun!

The versitility

This is the basic system and In this system we use a single solar panel, a control unit, an inverter and one battery. These items are mounted into a brief case.The basic system will provide power for about two and a half hours of operation before a recharge is required. Recharging will take about three to four hours. This depends on the position of the sun at the time a recharge is needed. It is also important to know that sun is providing solar power all the time and the power depends on position and the cloud cover.

The Options

The Portable solar system, will be offered with different options depending on customer requirements.

The system can be supplied with up to four panels if required. The system can be supplied with up to four batteries if required.

The inverter can be supplied with a power rating all the way up to 2000 Watts if required or any combination.

This is a great way to take your guitar with you anywhere you want. Take your guitar to see friends or take your guitar camping, tenting, fishing or even your guitar to play in a public place. Small private functions, outdoor parties or any other even you can think of.
