I have spent so many hours talking to people about what they should do and what to look for when choosing their first basic sound system so I thought it could be a good idea to share with you.

The first step

The very first question that a person usually asks is what sort of amplifier should I buy for my system but sorry to stop you right there but the question to be asked is what sort of power cord must I buy first to build my system on. Imagine you are a builder and building a house well what does the builder do first builds the foundations and this is what we must do build the foundations first. Good power is the key to good sound because our amplifier amplifies everything that it hears and if the power is dirty and noisy then the amplifier simply amplify the noise well after all that is what the amplifier is there for to amplify. Now there will also be some other sounds which are unheard by human hearing but never the less they are still there and the amplifier does the job well and amplifies everything that is heard.
